Process

The Engineering is that which makes possible the realization of the equipment and of the systems which are going to compose the production plant. In the proposal phase, among the activities performed for the preparation of a bid relating to a production plant or for performing a cost estimate, the services are: Operative design: the work in this phase is performed on the basis of documents produced by the licensor. In addition, the produced documents “ Process specification” are sometimes checked by or with the licensor with whom SARI Engineering can entertain contacts variable per kinds and extent.

The Process Design Services Included:

• Preparation of material and heat balance.
• Piping and instruments (P&I) diagrams sized and complete with the elements necessary for assuring an easy startup and operation as well as the plant safety.
  
• Specifications of the equipment, of the machines and of those parts of the units which are purchased complete in all respect from specialist Manufactures.
  
• Execution of the sizing calculations for equipment and piping
  
• Preparation of the plant operating procedures
  
• Assistance for the finalization of the plant layout, verification of the equipment, piping detailed engineering, definition of the process guarantees.
  
• Verification of machine hydraulic and operating calculations relative to the final plot arrangement and calculation of the equipment sizing in connection with the final design.
  

The Process Services Usually Supplied in Phase of Construction and Turn Over Basically Concern:

• Assistance to the tests of the installed equipment and of the complete plant
• Training of Customer’s operators
  
• Correction of the defects remarked during the plant startup and preliminary operation
  
• Assistance during the guarantee tests and plant turnover.
