The road starts in the town of Entre Rios and ends in the town of Palos Blancos. The road has a maximum altitude of 632 m to 66 km in length. The road throughout its development has horizontal and vertical alignment with typical values of very hilly roads.

Along the path defined drawers type structures, bridges, breakwater walls and slabs cantilevered.

The proposed pavement is bituminous.

The project also included the following Drainage Infrastructures: (i) Road surface drainage with the drainage of stormwater runoff; (ii) Subsurface drainage with the interception and disposal of groundwater flows; (iii) Erosion protection measures for the slopes.

The current budget of the work amounts to a figure of USD 81,055,586.
