SUPERVISION SERVICES DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE BABADORIE RESERVOIR TRATMENT PLANT AND WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
The purpose of this Consultancy Services is to supervise the construction works of the water supply infrastructure rehabilitation under the Freetown Emergency Recovery Project. The consultant will provide contract management services including quality assurance and quality control of the works and related environmental and social mitigation measures.
The project works shall include the following, which would also serve as the focus for the Consultant’s supervision:
I. Rehabilitation of slow sand filters
II. Rehabilitation and extension of distribution network, including 4km of new pipelines, flow meters, valves and hydrants.
III. Rehabilitation of pump stations,including replacement of water transfer pumps for Gloucester and Regentreservoirs.
